Why does this work? Because you will always know what is coming next. Additionally, it not only tells you where you are (e.g. like a map), it also tells you where you’re going (e.g. like a compass). All you have to do now is work your schedule and tell your stories.

I can also use this schedule to create teasers for my listeners. By letting them know what’s in the next episode I can create buzz and keep my audience coming back for more.
